The reds shot them down.....gunner gonna concentrate on the EPL this weekend with only 5 matches to go and they are 6 points adrift from leader... So here is what the manager got to say...
``It was a great night and a fantastic game with six goals,'' Liverpool manager Benitez told reporters. ``Everyone is really happy.''
Five-time European champion Liverpool, last season's runner-up, will now face Chelsea in the last four of Europe's elite club competition for the third time in four years. Chelsea secured its spot with a 2-0 win against Fenerbahce last night that sealed a 3-2 win overall.
The semifinal openers are scheduled April 22-23 with the return games a week later. Liverpool edged Chelsea 1-0 over two matches in the 2005 semifinals before advancing in a penalty shootout last season after their quarterfinal finished 1-1.
`Tough Tie'
``I will think about Chelsea and the semifinal later,'' Benitez said. ``I know it will be a tough, tough tie.''
While Liverpool maintained its chances of collecting a trophy this season, Arsenal must now overhaul a six-point deficit to Manchester United in the Premier League to win a title.
